Maybe they are encouraging the return of horseback transportation. With those kind of constraints and the and the 1950s Cushman look of the thing, doesn’t seem as though Westward has a lot to worry about. I think they're missing a word in there somewhere... When exactly did parking become illegal? And wow, $33,400, and you need a new battery bank (presumably a dealer part) every 4 years.
