[Silly Little Cars] Silly Little Deal - 2003 Go-4 For Sale

I've got a 2003 Go-4 Interceptor that won't start. It was running when I
bought it, but had some sort of electrical issue, and I'm not mechanically
inclined enough to get it running again. I'm also moving, and it's going to
be pretty costly to try and bring it with me. So... is anyone out there
looking for a good deal on an Interceptor, and knows how to fix one?
