[Silly Little Cars] Where can I get a few parts for my 1987 Cushma n Truckster? (+ other questions)

Hey folks. Any body know if we can just modify from a one person to a two person vehicle interceptor by just changing the seat to a bench with two belts. Is it safe (roll cage noted and what about DMV in CA? Any sugggestions
