[Silly Little Cars] 2003 Go4 Interceptor Brakes

I have used Fourgreen which is a little expensive as a result of the overseas shipping charges. They are pretty good about getting most of the Hyundai parts that I needed. I also found MME – Robert Cross to be very helpful in supplying parts and recommending cross-over parts. http://www.source-mme.com/ He is very familiar with the GO-4 and doesn’t mind looking up parts for cross-over. Hope he is still there as it has been a while since I had to contact him.

I second this. Fourgreen is the way to go for parts.

Why are you changing the brakes?...because if it is because it feels like the pedal is soft, it could be because of the leak you mentioned and not the pads and rotors.

Go to E-bay. There were/are brake parts available there.

Also, there were some used rotors for sale. Just search e-bay for go-4 interceptor.

The car these parts came from never sold in the US. Maybe someone has a crossover, but I’ve always just ordered from this link.

The part numbers are in the parts books from Silly Little Cars manual section.

Hope this helps.

Hello,

So after poking around and asking some places in San Francisco... it turns out that The Mission has plenty of brake shops able to change the rotors and pads for only $150.

BUT I gotta purchase the parts myself.

So does anyone know where I can find these parts in San Francisco?

I know that the engine is from a 2003 Hyundai Aptos but are the brakes also from that same car?

I'm going to buy the parts at NAPA but I need to have a part number for the brake pads and rotors.

Also, a bolt around my master cylinder is leaking oil. Got any idea where to get that connector and what it's called?

Best Regards,

Javier
