I had mine a little past 70, never on the interstate yet, and I although it took a little while to get to that speed I had plenty of pedal left. The main setback for mine is the front shock bottoms out and I didn't replace it yet so my stability isn't the greatest.

ihave been driving my interceptor up to 67mph in marin, no sweat. just rattles and a bit noisy. pretty stable. not yet to SF.
