40-45 MPG?  Mine only gets anywhere near that downhill, with the wind at it's back, a couple big guys pushing it, and with the engine off.

>Lisa, the Cushman runs well, but needs some TLC, like shocks in the front. The tires are good and all of the lights work. The speed odometer needs to be hook-up with a new cable.
>I had a cable, but have since misplaced it. I would hate for you to drive all this way to just turn around and go home empty handed. If you plan on having the work done on it, you could mount a wood bed on the back for your Butter
>deliveries. I also own a Go-4 that's on the web site. It's the surf woodie and trailer. That would have more power and gets great gas mileage 40-45 mpg. The GO-4 needs no work at all, but It would be more than $1,950. I have invested over $8,500 just in the two units. They were used as parking maids for local police in SF. I bought mine from the Chico police dept. a few years ago. It can reach speeds of 50 -55 mph. and is great on hills.  I have plans this Sat., but could be here for Sun. if you still want to come see the Cushman.

Yes, butter cup samples might bring the price DOWN!!!!

>That's pretty darn cute!!  I am starting my small food business here in San Francisco and can't help but think that that would be the classiest way to make my deliveries.  I make dark chocolate peanut butter cups to sell to cafes here.  I was planning on delivering by bike, but for years now I've been dreaming of these silly little cars.  Do you think I'd be able to mount a topper to carry my products?  I will be free this weekend if you'll be showing it, I would love to take it for a test drive.
