[Silly Little Cars] Newbie to the Group

I just got a call from my garage and the rear shocks for a Ford Aspire were not even close to what came off my Go-4.  ☹

Any other suggestions?

94' Ford Aspire shocks are the direct fit...I have a 94 too.

Rich,
Have your guy look at Ford Festiva shocks around early to mid 90’s. Seems to be the drivetrain they used.
Also there maybe a part number or vendor name on the shock once you get it out to look at.
I know it’s a coil over on my 96.
Or possible the Mazda line on cars of the same era. Know the engine is the Mazda “B” engine. It was used in the Fords also.
I’ve had pretty good luck crossing over other parts but haven’t needed shocks.

Thank you for the information on the governor, I have the little buggie at the shop right now so I didn’t get a chance to locate it yet but they just called me and asked if I know where to get shocks for this thing.  It’s a ’94 Westward Go-4 and their regular shock supplier said he didn’t stock anything like it?  Any help on where to get rear shocks would be greatly appreciated.
