[Silly Little Cars] Smog check for GO-4

No smog shop will even test it as it says on the emissions label that its a
M/C.
The Smog 'Referee" will give you an exemption(not transferable-so each new
owner will have to jump thru same hoops) but as someone previously pointed
out-ask to speak to Mgr @ DMV and ask them to call Sacramento-I went thru
this with my Cushman.Also, since it will be a M/C the DMV will have to
verify the engine number.  If its not easily accessible, then you have to
make appt with CHP for them to do it. Hang in there!
