[Silly Little Cars] Keyed windshield

Yeah as mine for sure does not look like a meter maid car these days, but still gets tagged every other day or so, I have just begun to assume it's because it's different and it sticks out so is therefore a target for malice
 (aw... Just like me as a kid...)..
