Wider track you can try to get or make some spacers to space out your stance, they fit on the hubs.  Or maybe some wider rims to fit the 13's

Looks like a little confusion here . . . I mentioned about getting bigger
tires which would only cause a +4 mph error on the speedometer at 69 mph.
Anyway, not looking for speed increase, but rather a wider track and
hopefully marginally better stability.
