[Silly Little Cars] Silly_little_cars Digest, Vol 62, Issue 12

The title is from a government agency (city of San Mateo). Sounds like it's
still possible to get them registered as motorcycles. I'll give that a
shot, and if it doesn't work, plan a trip to SF to talk with Luz.
