[Silly Little Cars] GO-4 ECU

I found Partmaster Global out of Russia (autopartmaster.com) also.  They
have three methods of payment, but none of them seem very straightforward.

What was the $450 place? I found some places in Russia with prices like 
that but none of them were able to place the order with my USA credit card.
