[Silly Little Cars] crazy cheap go-4

For that price, I am almost tempted to buy it, fly out and try driving back (which would probably be a huge mistake).  However, he does not have a title for it and in Illinois that is a HUGE problem.  He also said he has not started it in a year, but it was running then.  I have a newer one, but like the look of the ones with the roll cage more exposed.
