[Silly Little Cars] 1996 Go-4 Interceptor Govenor Disable

Disconnect the speedo cable, that takes out the gov.  then use a GPS for measuring your speed.

Hi All,
Just got another Go-4 (1996) and need help 
adjusting or disabling the gov.
I've got a 2003 that I drive running parts and had 
no problem setting the speed up on it, but the 96 is a different 
story.
I can't even find the darn thing. Manuals are no 
help and don't have a schematic to easily track it down.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
