My wife is fast approaching her 30th birthday and she has a huge obsession
with the NYPD Interceptor III Parking enforcement vehicles.

I thought a good present for her would be to arrange for her to drive one
around the block a couple of times (buying is not an option I'm afraid).

We're based in Manhattan - any guidance as to how I can arrange this?
