[Silly Little Cars] Parts

We did ours, it's easy. You need to locate the governor in the
electrical compartment just above the engine - there is a little screw
in the top to set the goverened speed, or you can remove 2 wires and
connect them together. I can't remember which - would have to go and
look. It was the pink and the white or grey ones.

One piece of advice - Do NOT leave the electrical compartment open - if
it rains water runs in and through the engine computer. I know of 3
interceptors killed by this, 2 of mine. They skimped on the varnish on
the circuit boards (the ECU is designed to go inside an Hyundai Atos
microcar, not outside). The ECUs are $500->$800 depending on model.

I have bought some of the special conformal coating spray varnish to
protect the circuit board on my new ones. These particular units are
notoriously unreliable and this should help.
