You do need to be very conscious of the wind at high speeds. I've had mine 
faster than I should have a couple times. If you drive on the freeway, it helps 
to balance the tires.

Thanks for the help finding the governor.  It was buried under a mass of 
wiring.  Once found I discovered that it was SIMPLE to adjust.  I did a post on 
my http://waltermittyac.com/ site about it.
 
I am really enjoying this little beast.  Set the governor to something just 
above 50, I think, though it was too windy today, gusty variable winds, to 
really go for it.  No warp speed today.
