[Silly Little Cars] Master Cylinder location on a '91

I don't think removing the brakes was necessary, but the master cylendar is
right by your right foot as you're sitting, under the rubber floor mat.
Sometimes there's a hole in the mat for access. Look for the 4 sided nut on
the cap.
