[Silly Little Cars] super cheap Cushman electrics

so as long as they have three wheels, all cushies/interceptors have
the potential of being re-registered as a motorcycle?  If it just
comes down to charming the DMV, shouldn't be an issue - I'm a
professional sweet talker.
