[Silly Little Cars] Anyone have a maintenance manual? Or parts?

I just bought a new-to-me 1991 Cushman Haulster from Charlie in San Jose,
who's on this list incidentally. It won't quite start, but it's soooo close,
wondering if anyone has a maintenance manual? The Haulster has the same
engine as the Truckster.
