[Silly Little Cars] super cheap Cushman electrics

Interesting about the seatbelt being legally required. I got pulled over by
a cop once just because he was curious. I had a longboard strapped to the
side and I guess it overwhelmed him. Anyway, when he realized I didn't have
a motorcyle license he called it in, and the guy at the station told him
that there's a loophole for these since if they required motorcycle licenses
they'd have to pay the metermaids more since they'd be skilled labor.

I'm not sure if its true, but its a damn good story.
