[Silly Little Cars] super cheap Cushman electrics

So when they say "not for road use" do they mean it can't go on the
road ever, or so far it hasn't and you'll just have to jump through
this or that hoop to make it street legal?  Why can some cushies go on
the road and not others?  Silly little rule.
